Jonathan is one of Sangha Solutions founders and serves as its Managing Director.
In his role as Managing Director he is responsible for defining the right go to market strategy for our technology and vertical solutions combined with ensuring the company has the correct resources and execution plan to maximize opportunities for customers and shareholders. Jonathan has extensive experience in starting up companies and business units that develop unique technology and business models to power customer/partner engagement, interaction and sales and marketing solutions for Fortune 500 companies.
His unique expertise is in channel development and management, an area in which he is known to be one of Europe’s thought leaders. Over the years he has been responsible for developing unique technology, engagement and sales solutions for Global blue chip companies such as Cisco, Intel, HP, Nvidia and SAP to name but a few.
Prior to founding Sangha Solutions, Jonathan set up the Global Channel Management Practice for Harte-Hanks, a (NYSE) listed company and one of the Worlds largest global direct and targeted marketing companies. In his role as Global Head of the Channel Practice he was responsible for developing and bringing to market leading outsourced sales and marketing solutions for the ICT Industry.
Previous to Harte-Hanks, Jonathan served as Managing Director for Hawkeye Cohesion Europe, a leading company providing channel management solutions to the ICT Industry. In his role as Managing Director he was responsible for starting up and growing the European Business.
Jonathan is a witty and proud Irishman who is passionate about his culture, family, meeting new and interesting people and solving complex business challenges.

Ruud Stemerding is a graduate of The International Business School Arnhem (HEAO-CE) in the Netherlands and has 25 years experience in the marketing and communication industry in Europe and Asia Pacific (including China).
Ruud started his career as a management trainee at the leading Dutch publisher VNU, where he gathered extensive knowledge about publishing. His main interest lay at the cross-point of publishing and printing, and as a result, he joined the sales and marketing department of Roto Smeets de Boer (a former VNU division) where he then spent 10 years. There he held numerous positions, including Managing Director. During this time he gathered experience in the sponsored magazine industry with European market leaders, Media Partners. In 1993 he co-founded the Dutch multi-media agency TC”.
Ruud departed Roto Smeets in 1995 to switch from a corporate environment to a more dynamic business environment. He was headhunted by the PMG Group, which he later joined as their CEO to guide the company through the process of building the global footprint of PMG with entities in Europe (Amsterdam and London), Asia Pacific (Singapore, Hong Kong, Beijing and Shanghai) and the USA (San Francisco). PMG specialized in global integrated communications, working for leading companies in the ICT, Telecom, Consumer Electronics, Automotive, and Financial Services industries. Today PMG Asia Pacific is one of the leading Marketing Services organizations in Singapore and China.
After selling the PMG entities to the local management teams, Ruud founded Evolution Management BV and has worked as strategic advisor and interim manager at multinationals and start-ups, guiding these companies through mergers and acquisitions and processes of strategic (re)positioning. He also started China Link, a company specialized in advising Dutch companies on sourcing in China. Since 1990, Ruud has been a lecturer at the Dutch Association for Advertising & Marketing (SRM), and occasionally works as a visiting lecturer at The International Business School Arnhem (HEAO-CE).
Mark Wrangham - Creative Director

Mark has a passion for all things creative, and has over 20 years experience, across a broad range of design disciplines including; brand, advertising, direct marketing, publishing, web and multimedia.
His skills have been honed in a channel sales and marketing environment where design is required to deliver high end user satisfaction and a tangible, measured return for the client. He has worked with a variety of leading, culturally diverse, brands in the Telecom, IT, Financial Services, Medical and Music industries.
Mark has been working on web and multimedia design since the mid 90's and has delivered creative solutions for many SME's, as well as BT, IBM, Vodafone, BUPA and Warner Music, which have included sales incentive campaigns, promotional tools, web applications and internet and intranet sites.
In 1997 he developed and launched the first online only music magazine based in the UK, freebase.com, which ran for 4 years and today is heavily involved with Breaks label Breakin Even.
He is also an accomplished artist, having exhibited regularly over the last 5 years, and musician, who after many years spent playing around the UK and European venues, can now be found taking it a little easier with an acoustic guitar. |
